How It Works.

Dry ice blasting propels solid CO₂ pellets at high velocity via compressed air. On impact, the pellets sublimate — transitioning directly from solid to gas — lifting contaminants from the substrate without abrasion or moisture.

The process is ideal for production environments where downtime must be minimised and secondary waste streams are not acceptable. No grit, no chemicals, no water — just clean surfaces.

Our operatives are ICS trained and fully certificated. We provide pre-clean substrate inspection reports and post-clean photographic documentation as standard.
