Polyurea is a two-component elastomeric coating applied via hot-spray plural-component equipment. With cure times measured in seconds, the system creates a monolithic, seamless membrane that conforms to complex geometries without joints or seams — making it the definitive choice for time-critical, high-traffic, and restricted-access environments.
The system delivers exceptional elongation (up to 500%), outstanding chemical and impact resistance, and can be applied to damp surfaces across a temperature range of -20°C to +120°C. All systems are solvent-free, ultra-low VOC, and carry certified fire performance to EN 13501.
All polyurea works are carried out using Prokol-approved systems, with Elcometer DFT readings documented throughout and a full manufacturer warranty issued on completion.
